会议背景
Background
近年来，一系列全球性难题给企业的生存与发展带来了巨大的挑战和机遇，例如：主要经济体间地缘政治紧张局势加剧、自然环境恶化、新兴技术冲击等。为了应对上述难题，企业一方面需要培养包括技术创新、组织创新、动态能力和组织韧性等方面的内部能力。另一方面，企业也需要通过与各种利益相关者建立并保持良性关系，以营造更加积极的自然、社会和制度环境。
基于该背景，研讨会将秉持问题导向原则和跨学科研究思路，围绕“创新与可持续发展”“数字化与技术创新”“高质量发展”“绿色技术”等主题，通过主旨演讲、论文研讨、专家小组讨论等面对面形式，交流分享前沿研究成果和学术发展方向，共同探讨创新创业、可持续发展和经济高质量发展中的理论和实践难题，为企业在复杂多变的全球环境中实现可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导，助力企业提升核心竞争力，推动行业乃至全球经济的高质量发展。
Intensified geopolitical tensions between major economies, deteriorating natural environments, together with the disruption caused by newly emerged technologies have put great challenges to the prosperity and survival of firms. In order to navigate such challenges, firms on the one hand need to develop intrinsic capabilities such as technological innovation, organizational innovation, dynamic capabilities, and organizational resilience. On the other hand, they need to create positive natural, social, and institutional environments by building and maintaining good relationships with various business and non-business stakeholders.

Geoffrey Jones
哈佛大学商学院商业历史系教授，哈佛商学院商业历史计划倡议主席。同时他也是英国科学院通讯院士，国际商务学会（AIB）可持续发展特别兴趣小组（SIG）执行顾问，国际商务学会（AIB）当选院士，以及《商业历史评论（Business History Review）》联合主编。
Prof. Geoffrey Jones is the Isidor Straus Professor of Business History at Harvard Business School, serving as the Faculty Chair of the School's Business History Initiative. He is a Corresponding Fellow of the British Academy, Executive Advisor of AIB Sustainability SIG, an Elected Fellow of the Academy of International Business (AIB), and Co-Editor in Chief of the Business History Review.
Jane Lu
香港城市大学商学院管理学系讲座教授，国际商务学会（AIB）当选院士，并担任国际商务学会（AIB）行政副主席。她还是《世界商业期刊（JWB）》高级编辑，《国际商业研究期刊（JIBS）》咨询编辑。
Prof. Jane Lu is a Chair Professor at the Department of Management, College of Business, City University of Hong Kong. She serves as the Senior Editor of the Journal of World Business, Consulting Editor of the Journal of International Business Studies, Elected Fellow of the Academy of International Business (AIB), and AIB Vice President (Administration).
Allan Bird
果阿管理学院教授，国际商务学会（AIB）当选院士，国际商务学会可持续发展特别兴趣小组（SIG）成员，《国际商业研究期刊（JIBS）》的审稿编辑。
Prof. Allan Bird is a Professor at the Goa Institute of Management, Reviewing Editor of the Journal of International Business Studies, Elected Fellow of the Academy of International Business (AIB), and a Member of AIB Sustainability SIG.
ShaSha Zhao
萨里大学国际商务与创新学系副教授，国际商务学会可持续发展特别兴趣小组（SIG）联合创始人兼联合主席，也是萨里大学社会创新管理中心联合主任，《全球战略期刊（GSI）》客座编辑。
Prof. Shasha Zhao is an Associate Professor of International Business and Innovation, Co-Founder and Co-President of Sustainability SIG, Co-Director of Centre for Social Innovation Management at University of Surrey, and Guest Editor of Global Strategy Journal.
