个人简介：

2020年获英国拉夫堡大学金融学博士学位。主要研究方向为劳动市场对公司金融的影响，论文发表于 Emerging Markets Finance and Trade 等国际知名学术期刊，在金融管理学会年会（FMA）、澳洲金融与银行会议（AFBC）、亚洲金融年会（AsianFA）、法国金融国际年会（AFFI）等国际学术会议宣讲，并获得英国会计与金融学会（BAFA)公司金融与资产定价会议博士奖学金。
