江源,哈尔滨工业大学组织与人力资源管理长聘教授,法国里昂商学院特聘教授。Frontiers in Psychology副主编,Human Relations(FT50)编委,IIMK Society and Management Review顾问委员会成员,Journal of General Management和Complexity客座主编。主要研究领域包括领导力、团队协作、知识管理、多元化与创新,以及跨文化和中国本土化的人力资源管理等。目前最新研究集中在新能源和绿色低碳行业与企业的管理与创新。研究成果发表在Academy of Management Journal,Academy of Management Learning & Education,Human Relations,Human Resource Management,IEEE Transaction on Engineering Management,International Journal of Human Resource Management,Journal of International Business Studies,Journal of Management,Journal of Organizational Behavior,Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management,Small Group Research等国际一流学术期刊。主持国家自然科学基金面上和重点项目。
