林欣璇,博士毕业于马来西亚博特拉大学商学院。主要研究方向包括:消费者行为与关系管理,数字化营销等。论文发表于多篇高水准的国际期刊包括:Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Internet Research, Tourism Management Perspectives, International Journal of Consumer Studies同时,也担任多篇国际期刊编委会成员及文章审稿人。
