Rongbing Xiao received his PhD in Finance from Loughborough University, UK. His main research interests are in capital structure, corporate financial and employment policies, and labor markets and corporate finance. Rongbing’s work has been published in international academic journals, such as Journal of Banking and Finance and Emerging Markets Finance and Trade. He is a member of the China Circulation Youth 60 Forum and a member of the Guangdong Society of Economy.
