Lim Xin Jean graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Her main research areas include consumer behavior, relationship management, digital retailing and online marketing. Her research papers have been published in several reputable international journals, including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Internet Research, Tourism Management Perspectives, and International Journal of Consumer Studies. Additionally, she serves as an editorial board member and reviewer for several international journals.
