Biography

Wu Xiaolong is an Assistant Professor at Business School. He holds a PhD from the School of Business at Sun Yat-sen University. His research interests include organizational digital transformation and innovation, and smart healthcare. Currently, he is leading a Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), a General Project of the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and a Planning Project of the Guangdong Provincial of Philosophy and Social Sciences. He has participated in one Major Project of the NSFC, one Major Project of the National Social Science Foundation of China (NSSFC), and several General Projects of the NSFC. His research has been published in well-known journals such as Management World, China Industrial Economics, Journal of Business Research, and Digital Health. His work has received the First Prize in the 10th Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award (second place) and the Second Prize in the 11th Shenzhen Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award (first place). He is currently a director of the first session of the China Enterprise Management Research Association's Chinese Management Professional Committee and a director of the Guangdong Economic Society.
